TrustMark Retrofit Portal Audit and Remediation Process

View all posts

TrustMark will be aligning the way Retrofit Coordinators receive non-compliant audit feedback and the way they upload new evidence to the project, with the current on-site feedback process.

Although Retrofit Coordinators will receive notification, along with a non-compliance report via email, the retrofit portal will be the main hub to upload evidence and communicate with the TrustMark audit team via the conversation panel.

TrustMark is changing its process for desktop audits to align with its on-site audit process, from the week commencing 19th February 2024.

For further information, please read the TrustMark Support Guide. TrustMark will also be uploading a support video to the TrustMark website later this week.

Please check the TrustMark website.
