As members of the Property Energy Professionals Association, we’d like to invite our members to join us at the PEPA virtual Conference 2025 on Thursday, 1st May. PEPA has successfully hosted both in-person and virtual conferences for energy assessors since 2018, attracting key speakers with excellent industry participation.

This year’s event promises a full packed agenda, featuring notable speakers such as Keeran Jugdoyal from MHCLG, Rachael Owens from The National Retrofit Hub, and James Kent from NRLA.

Topics will include:

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Reform
  • Domestic MEES (post-consultation) and Non-Dom MEES updates
  • Home Energy Model (Building Regulations & EPC Wrapper)
  • Warm Homes Plan and Future ECO (ECO5)

The event will conclude with the popular panel discussion involving schemes, including ecmk representatives.

We hope you can join us for this excellent opportunity to engage and stay informed about the latest industry developments, while also earning your CPD hours (attendance worth up to 5 hours CPD).
