Changes to the Scottish EPC Register

View all posts

As already published, changes are taking place this month by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), to form a new single centralised EPC register for the UK, which excludes Scotland.

We have now been informed by the Energy Saving Trust that the Scottish EPC Register is planned to be offline at 5pm on Thursday 24 September with a new system online and ready by 9am on Monday 28 September.

We advise that all Scottish Energy Assessors plan work and customer expectations around these dates. If you do have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact the ecmk team – call: 0333 123 1418.
